Whole Food Supplements

Whole food is just that, the entire complex with all the cofactors and trace elements found in nature, not synthetic, or not parts of a vitamin, ie., ascorbic acid often sold as Vitamin C, is only a fraction of the Vitamin C complex that includes bioflavanoids, rufins, and other components. Fractions of vitamins, if synthetically-derived may be of little benefit, and sometimes may even be harmful.

Light Therapy (Cold Laser). The basic unit of light is the photon., which carries a unique wavelength or amount of energy.  When applying light to the body, it is like adding energy to the tissue.  This energy can be used by the body to fuel synthesis of DNA, RNA, proteins, enzymes and other biological materials needed for repair and regeneration of tissue cells.  Light therapy has been used in Europe for several years and is now gaining acceptance in the U.S.  It is valuable to speed up scar tissue, fractures, skin contusions and bruises.  Professional sport teams depend on the light therapy to speed up healing of turf burns, bruises and fractures.
